    Roger Avary Adapting 'Glamorama' To Film

    Roger Avary, who was responsible for bringing The Rules of Attraction to film is now working his way thru an adaptation of Glamorama for the big screen. Roger has some tidbits about the process in his website FAQ (scroll down to item #4).

    One nice little trivia item can be found in the cast section of the IMDB entry for the film - the character Palakon is listed as being portrayed by Robert Blake. That one may be a bit difficult to pull off considering his current residence - a California prison.

    Rules Of Attraction Film Interview w/ Ellis

    This is a radio interview (in Real Audio format) from February of 2003. In it, he reveals that The Rules Of Attraction is his favorite film adaptation of his novels so far, and it sounds like he feels American Psycho was the worst. I'd agree with that.

    Bret Easton Ellis To Write For 'Radar' Magazaine

    Along with some other 'big name' writers like Candace Bushnell, Jake Tapper, Lisa DePaulo and Tina Brown, Ellis has signed on to the staff of the new magazine, Radar. Described by its creator as a hybrid of National Enquirer and Spy Magazine, the first issue of Radar his the shelves last week. The magazine's official website is - not suprisingly - RadarMagazine.com
