No Markus Shenkenberg? Mark Vanderloo? Tyson Beckford? Travis Fimmel? Kate Moss? Gisele Bundchen? These are all the top supermodels in the country and I think that they should get a fair shot at acting if not sizable cameos. Since they are all publicity whores, I am sure that they'd want the attention. The only think that concerns me is not the fact that Kip Pardue will lead (well, it kinda does, cause his acting skills aren't really 'honed' yet), but that they are trying to hype these big names to star in the female roles. This movie isn't going to smash any box office records, it is supposed to do Ellis' work justice. And the modest casting worked for The Rules of Attraction so why not try it for Glamorama? Roger Avary, if you are listening, ......if you are reading this....do the right thing. I had coffee with Ellis in NYC once. He was wearing a black overcoat w/ dandruff on the shoulders and was chain smoking Marlboro Lights. My two novellas were inspired by Ellis and Kerouac and Hunter S. Thompson. And I don't want to sound like a fruitcake here but I CANT WAIT for the movie and Big Zero, Bret's new book.. Also, since the Victor/Bobby sex and carange isn't going to acheive fruition, I suppose we'll have to use our imaginations.....but we all know it will be fun.

i seriously doubt this will happen any time soon. The madrid bombing has killed any chance we'll see this out any time soon.

If Kip Pardue will be playing Victor like in the Rules Of Attraction, then they shouldn't the same actress that played Lauren in TROA play her in Glamorama? Shannon something, well she was very good. On the subject of Kip I don't think he looks like what we'd expect Victor Ward to look like, and I don't think playing Victor is an easy role. But maybe it'll work, Roger Avery probably knows what he is doing.
