    Victor Ward Has A Website

Yes, I'm talking about the Victor Ward character from Glamorama. He also has an interview in Youth Quake Magazine. There's also what appears to be a Glamorama publicity photo at the Victor Ward site. All of this was linked from Roger Avary's site (he's making Glamorama into a movie)

I'm not sure whats going on with all this, but it'll probably be clear a couple of weeks from now. But just to muck things up a bit more, there are rumors flying that Rance is actually Bret Easton Ellis. If you haven't heard of Rance within the last week or so, well it might just be too late for you.

still don't know about the Rance rumour, this guy (is he?) is not very "famous" in other countries, but i've been reading the blog for a while and a few things may match with some others, but still R can be anyone though that would be amazing if it was him actually...

i dunno about rance, I've never seen anything that matched ellis, even his style. it just doesn't seem like something he'd do

heres a good explanation of the whole Rance thing and probably the most plausable.

    Rance theory

I'm certain its not Ellis and I doubt its anyone A-list. Ron Livingston has been thrown around and some are even thinking its Owen Wilson or Ben Affleck, but neither seem possible at all. I think people just want to believe it's someone A-list as some reflection of their own worth in finding the blog and reading it or soem fucked up psychological shit like that. It's an interesting experiment in the cult of celebrity, whoever is doing it

in the "actors" page on youthquake magazine, it says:

James Duval: Staying true to indie roots
    Jake Gyllenhaal: Indie film hero
Shannyn Sossamon: The story of an indie actress
Nick Stahl: The art of acting

does anyone else get the impression that these actors might just be involved in the glamorama movie? I mean, we already know Shannyn is reprising her role. Just a thought.

The first time I read Rance he sounded like an Ellis character (which was my main attraction/reason for reading the blog)

I wouldn't go as far to say that it is Ellis himself; to me it seems more like a character profile exercise or something.

Either that or its Affleck. Ha.

Who's posing these BEE=Rance rumors, anyways??!
