Cast of Glamorama Revealed!?
Could this be the actual cast of Glamorama? There's alot of names I've seen mentioned before, but its not exactly on a credible site (though they do link to this site - and the poster seems legit), so I'll just hold off on judgement. The main page to the mini-site is here. [link sent in by Lux]LINK

furthermore, Vince Vaughn playing a male model? please.
the rest of the fantasy cast is very c-list, probably more like d and f-list.

Yeah, there's no way this is real. That "official" cast list was also posted on the IMDb message board for the film, and there's next to no chance it's legit. The poster is obviously homemade.
I can identify with a person's enthusiasm for the film, but it's not currently in production. It might be in pre-production, but I'm not even sure if that's truly official yet.

This site is VERY fake. Badly faked too. Also, I'd like to take this oppurtunity to say that Roger Avary is a massive attention seeking, emo bitch, and his journal sucks.

Yea, how dare Avary not do any work since "Rules", he's a film maker and he has been spouting off his views on reality tv for 2 years...get "Glamorama" going......FOR REAL!

he doesn't have the funding. he finished a script and just needs the money, this is commonly referred to as preproduction hell.
it aint gonna be easy either. considering 'Rules...' only barely broke even and who's gonna put up the money for a film about terrorist models who takeout places in europe and a plane?
I'm sure he's working hard on it, he isnt gonna put every little detail in his journal

For the record I'd like to say that I loved Avary's rules of attraction. But I despise his name dropping journal that always goes something like this:
"So, I had dinner with FRED SAVAGE tonight and we talked about movies and what south hampton is like in the summer. Then George Clooney called me and we swapped gespatcho recipes and then I remembered a script I wrote 16 years ago that Tarantino stole off me and George told me he wants to eat cheesecake off my theighs and I told him to go fish"

"Rules" is a great film, and I know "Glamorama" could be too. Funding it'll be a bitch, though. Makes me wish I were a millionaire.

Yes, girls read BEE-and a lot, I might add.
As for bringing Glamorama to the big screen--DOES ANYONE ELSE THINK ITS A VERY BAD IDEA???
If you are a true fan of the novel, I think you could understand...It will be extremely difficult to turn this into a watchable, not corny, successful movie. C'mon, the 2 film crews, the glitter, the action scenes, the sex scenes, etc...
I really hope it doesn't make it. I think I'd be very disappointed because I just KNOW they'd butcher it (for many reasons: time constraints, bad casting, editing, etc).
ANyone else with me on this?
