I had no idea that there was a trailer made for This Is Not An Exit. Although it doesn't look like a trailer, so maybe somebody just grabbed some clips from the film and slapped them together. Very odd.

I missed Bret's endorsement of Chuck Klosterman's Killing Yourself To Live when it was originally released. Here's the blurb from the back cover:
