The Informers Opens With $314k
Based on all the poor reviews of The Informers film from the time it hit Sundance, it wasn't much of a surprise that it opened to only $315,000 its opening weekend.

$315? We know it was not the writing. No Publicity. I am a fan of BEE's writing and would love the movies to be accessable. DVD sells will be more $. It is just a shame when you talk to people at a book store or even a Target they have to look up the title because they have never heard of it. Ask them about Pulp Fiction and they can walk there with their eyes closed. I know this type of Book/Movie is not for everyone BUT for the million or so who like BEE's work it woudl be nice to be able to go to the movies in a small or big town to see it.
